To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友行街途經銅鑼灣,估唔到新開咗間犀牛犀牛。之前已經喺中環試過,台灣野食飲品鋪。啲嘢食即叫即整,好好食。 今次叫咗一個招牌肉蛋捲餅。果然係即叫即整,拎上手熱辣辣,好正! 咬落第一啖,一句說話概括晒,脆香肉香而不膩。對比台灣食嘅捲餅,犀牛犀牛嘅捲餅係唔會太軟,而係金黃色,外面小小鬆脆,好香口,而餅皮裏面就保留捲餅軟糯嘅特質。捲餅入面有肉,蛋同埋菜,係一個非常巧妙嘅配搭。新鮮蔬菜中和咗酥餅同肉避免唔到嘅油份,所以食落唔會好油。本身捲餅入面無醬,但係反而咁樣仲好,肉汁就成為咗成個餅嘅精華,味道貫通咗成個捲餅,美味!
