放假老婆去了銅鑼灣的百貨公司購物,行逛完後都已經7點多,就去了附近的餐廳食串燒。餐廳推介是日精選。鴨油枝豆:枝豆用了鴨油炒至表面微焦,很香的油脂香味,送酒一流。大根天婦羅:大根是用關東煮後再點上炸漿做天婦羅,表面粉漿又薄又香脆,大根則清甜無渣,配上綠茶鹽更添風味。A4和牛配特製辣汁:和牛脂肪紋理清晰,雪花紋令人食慾大增,加上日式芥末及特製辣汁正好平衡油膩感,入口滲出陣陣牛油甘香。青提豚肉串:豚肉燒至油脂滲出,加上青提脹卜卜十分清甜,平衡豚肉的油膩感。雞腿肉配手指檸檬:雞腿燒至表面焦香,但保留了雞肉汁,雞肉肉質嫩滑。白粟米:粟米略燒至帶焦,入口爽脆,清甜多汁。
