想喺香港食碗高質嘅鰻魚飯,就非「炭家」莫屬。下午時段來到中環呢間座位唔多的日式餐廳,剛好坐到唯一的空桌,如果唔係都可能要係門口等一陣🤣。餐廳提供幾款午市定食,價值由$188起。我當然要嗌佢哋主打嘅鰻魚飯喇~鰻魚重定食($420)除了鰻魚飯,仲包括鰻魚啫哩前菜、茶碗蒸、清湯,都幾豐富㗎。佢哋嘅鰻魚係日本,而且係即叫即劏,仲係以日本頂級紀州備長炭燒。客人仲可以揀蒲燒定白煙,我就鐘意惹味啲,所以揀咗前者。鰻魚即叫即燒,大條又肥美。每一口都食到燒過的鰻魚香味,而質感仍可以保持軟嫩,確實高質。價錢需要唔平,但絕對係對得住呢個質素👍👍👍

佢哋嘅鰻魚係日本,而且係即叫即劏,仲係以日本頂級紀州備長炭燒。客人仲可以揀蒲燒定白煙,我就鐘意惹味啲,所以揀咗前者。鰻魚即叫即燒,大條又肥美。每一口都食到燒過的鰻魚香味,而質感仍可以保持軟嫩,確實高質。價錢需要唔平,但絕對係對得住呢個質素👍👍👍
