To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾丁友玩即慶,朋友介紹石門彩福,又來一試。7pm 到已有七,八成滿,似乎平日都多人棒場客。見門口做$88斤龍蝦,問清楚係逐隻計,當一斤二兩一隻,伊面底另加$30。就叫了龍蝦(上湯伊面底)加一個小菜套餐。好快就上菜,先來龍蝦,幾大碟,新鮮,味道不錯,不過龍蝦開邊上,三個人分有D論盡。小菜套餐有三個餸,叉燒拼海哲,一般貨色,叉燒偏瘦,略咸。瑤柱野菌浸菜苗,其實係浸白菜。這個反而偏淡口,但份量夠多。篜老虎班,新鮮肉嫩。我地加了杏汁燉椰皇。這個返而有驚喜,杏汁香,椰肉多又甜,聽侍應講唔係時時有的。快閃一餐。石門好似多咗好多食嘢的地方,有機會再來搜索下。
