To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於沙田萬怡酒店內的momo cafe，地方寬敞，光猛。有龍蝦鉗，鮮甜，師傅即開美國生蠔，每次限取2隻，海水味濃，有即煮意粉，可以選擇植物肉做的肉醬同植物丸。減少破壞環境。鼓油雞，分量好多，有雞脾雞翼選擇，肉質滑，叉燒半肥瘦，沙田雞粥，是雞胸沒有骨，好貼心，十分綿滑。熟食有海鮮蒸豆腐，清淡調味唔太重手，有東坡肉同南蠻炸雞。冷盤有芝士，木桶豆腐花是酒店自制，豆味香濃，好滑。職員好有禮貌，我在11：45到達便安排入座。
