中環新開業的居酒屋,所有串燒即叫即燒,肉質新鮮味道也不錯,飲品和清酒都是日本進口,選擇很多,玻璃樽身上有很可愛的富士山標誌☺️,返鄉味道出曬嚟,是熱鬧的蘭桂坊裡少有的寧靜食肆,可以試試。汁煮魷魚 $108魷魚筒裡釀了爽脆的山藥,增加風味,魷魚不韌有彈性,入口鮮甜 。流心海膽餅/炸蝦天婦羅 $88熱辣辣即叫即炸😍,外層的粉漿也不會過厚過油,可惜海膽味偏淡了一點。鰻魚 $48/ 牛舌 $58/ 豬頸肉 $38/ 雞翼 $48牛肋肉 $38/ 炸雞皮 $35要大讚燒牛舌,肉厚多汁,非常juicy😍,吃起來也不費力,要encore!雞翼也是外脆內嫩,啖啖肉,簡單的鹽燒就足以帶出食材最樸素新鮮的味道😍。豬頸肉肥瘦均勻,吃得到油脂和焦香味,一點也不「嚡」。美中不足是味道可能會有點單一,如有汁燒就更好了!😍海鹽雪糕最中餅 最後還送上了麵豉湯和甜品,威化皮外層灑了一點抹茶粉,中間夾了海鹽雪糕,偏甜一些,不過作為晚餐的收結很完滿!
