To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇嚟過嘉麟樓飲茶竟然臨時定位都訂到今日嘅口味突然有啲想食辣看完整個Menu 最令我心動的就是蟹肉酸辣湯另外大家也不是很肚餓 叫了幾個點心其實與其說他用料上盛不如說他做得更出色的是他的氣氛及環境格局非常cozy 舒服😌蛾姐潮州粉果 不過不失冇乜特別 略嫌芫荽有點多黑毛豬叉燒腸粉 腸粉很滑很薄很晶瑩拍得住陳漢記 但叉燒略嫌多 下次會試吓帶子腸應該質地會更好雞紮 冇特別蟹肉酸辣湯 不知是否口味問題這個酸辣湯幾滿意 還是現在外面的酸辣湯都太hea了 打包了合桃 但最後唔記得拎大頭蝦作風怎樣改也改不了🤦🏻‍♀️

竟然臨時定位都訂到

今日嘅口味突然有啲想食辣
看完整個Menu 最令我心動的就是蟹肉酸辣湯

另外大家也不是很肚餓 叫了幾個點心
其實與其說他用料上盛
不如說他做得更出色的是他的氣氛及環境

格局非常cozy 舒服😌

蛾姐潮州粉果 不過不失冇乜特別 略嫌芫荽有點多
黑毛豬叉燒腸粉 腸粉很滑很薄很晶瑩拍得住陳漢記 但叉燒略嫌多 下次會試吓帶子腸應該質地會更好
