新同事知我鐘意周圍試新野, 介紹我去銅鑼灣由鏞記既後人開既小店, 試下招牌菜🤭。 (5⭐️最高) 大少叉燒煎蛋飯 (5⭐️) 厚厚叉燒(用上盛五花腩👍🏻), 用鼓油、洋蔥, 輕輕起了一個汁,配上太陽蛋, 嘩… 真係同傳統密汁叉燒唔同🔥。厚身咬落好細滑、個汁只是用來輕輕托起肉質嘅鮮味。 好想再去食呀🤤🤤燒鵝瀨粉(5⭐️)近鵝脾位置, 比較多肉。 皮、肉之間唔太多脂肪😏, 啖啖肉👍🏻。 瀨粉份量足料, 湯底清甜, 無添加味精👍🏻, 好正老火湯(5⭐️)足料老火湯, 內有雞腳、豬骨等材料,入口鮮甜🤭
