坐底見到有下午茶,燒鵝雙併飯60,我問侍應可否併乳豬,他說併乳豬不是這價錢,要148,OK 貴冇所謂,最緊要好食同值得,就試吓。結果乳豬肥到唔食得,得層皮,問侍應乳豬好肥,回答只是一句今日乳豬係咁肥,無語。應該要問吓客,是否食唔慣,可以換其他又值幾錢,銅鑼灣食肆咁多,服務跟不上就會被淘汰。那燒鵝是名菜吧,但肉是干又硬的,街上隨便找一間燒臘店都比他好食。可能碟頭飯無心做,但148元,應該要上一些可以入口的吧,非常失望,請不要再因為店是什麼什麼名店的分支店而幫襯。如果只靠店名是會讓一幫襯一次,要食物有質素客戶才會回頭

買了半隻燒鹅,怎知道有部份位置失踪,但有大量鵝頸及鵝頭碎,肉很少,很失望….. 作為一家老字號品牌的後人,應該好好地誠實做生意,不要把前人的努力白費,不應只向賺錢看,應該繼續傳承前人的優良傳統。

剩係燒鵝例牌都要2舊水,所以我嗌阻個二人套餐都係3百幾蚊~有小食皮蛋,燒鵝,一碟滷水小食,菜同埋2個飯/粉~不過都係得燒鵝好食,個燒鵝汁好正好惹味,唔會太咸岩岩好,燒鵝個皮好香口,肉質嫩滑juice,都算對得起個價錢。
