金目鯛、深海池魚好少可係丼飯上出現, 而且係厚切, 金目鯛魚皮被火灸過, 帶點爽口; 深海池魚肉質細嫩爽口; 帆立貝、牡丹蝦同樣鮮甜肥美; 大拖羅油花分佈平均, 入口油香十足, 近乎即化。刺身整體很高質, 稍嫌個飯壓得好結實。
