To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 厚切黑豚扒飯係咖喱汁嫁!d黑豚真係都幾厚,無呃稱。出面炸得好脆,本身預計佢入面應該好老,啊,但又唔系wo。無想象中咁老或者咁硬。係幾好食既。但係咖喱汁就太少啦。同埋吉列豬扒唔知點解我硬系覺得應該配沙律醬多過咖喱汁。通常大快活都有既,可以問佢拎來點。D咖喱汁入面d蘿蔔唔系好夾,同埋冧冧地咁樣,口感好奇怪….叫埋一口黑豚拼脆炸青衣魚柳滑蛋鍋。系幾好既,但係實在太豐富啦個鍋。首先個鍋唔夠熱,d蛋變左真係長期滑蛋。一口黑豚都真係幾迷你。魚柳又唔kaam食,於是滑蛋先變主菜,笑左。青衣魚柳睇poster我第一眼以為系麥樂雞 xdd btw, 食落口,我覺得魚柳包入面舊魚柳好味過佢。出面有d硬,入面又唔夠軟。Ummm…. 不予置評。
