To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友來吃晚飯。由於我們到達時只是六時十五分左右,非繁忙時間,因此很容易便有座位了。我與朋友各自要了一個常餐,再分吃一客校長多士。常餐($36):叉燒通粉、火腿炒蛋、多士(走牛油)、熱唂咕。叉燒是正常味道,不算特別香。通粉煮得軟靭適中,不錯。炒蛋炒得很靚,雖不算多蛋汁但也算香滑。火腿正常質素。多士十分厚,烘得外脆內軟,好味!唂咕不過不失,略嫌味道不夠濃。常餐($36):朋友要的--叉燒通粉、火腿煎蛋、多士、熱咖啡。煎雙蛋煎得漂亮。朋友說咖啡不錯。校長多士($25):四件三角形的小小的多士,面層是黑松露醬。多士烘得微啡色,非常香脆;黑松露醬是帶點鹹香的味道,很不錯啊。不過$25那麼細件,其實算是貴。埋單共$97。價錢合理。不過侍應的服務態度略為差一點,多問一句也很不耐煩。不過為了又香又厚的多士,可能將來還是會再來的。
