當日7點入座餐廳太約得3-4枱客,但串燒店果然係夜啲先多人,當然穩陣啲就預先book定枱先!坐低一睇張menu啲款式種類勁多! Menu上仲好細心咁形容嗰款串燒大約係港式、日式、泰式等等,等食客都可以大約預計吓調味係點,加上串燒選擇好多,大多數人都好容易搵到自己想食既嘢,menu上更有指出邊啲係熱門菜式,十分貼心!非酒精類飲品亦有不少選擇,食串燒調味始終有啲重口味,叫杯凍飲是必需的!我同朋友分了點了菠蘿青檸梳打,十分清甜解渴,唔會一口都係糖水假味,而真係有菠蘿果肉係裡面,啱晒唔飲哂既朋友!另外兩位朋友點了Sappora啤酒,優惠價$48兩杯!當晚都叫咗唔少款式既串燒,首先講下有咩係必食!必食(一):汁燒免治雞肉軟骨棒(附月見) $30一串連生蛋黃十分有誠意之作! 啖啖肉之餘仲食到雞軟骨口感,再沾上生雞蛋及醬油調味一流!雖然$30有啲啲貴,但我同朋友後尾都忍唔住叫多串!不過上菜時隻生蛋未必次次都咁靚仔,有啲太脆弱放到上枱蛋黃已經破了,不過唔影響味道的~必食(二):焦糖饅魚芝士玉子燒 $28一串好重要好重要好重要!一定要趁熱食!因為超正!玉子燒的咸味跟表面的焦糖完美中和!加上玉子燒軟糯適中
