To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去左灣仔馳名既日式醬汁飯專門店「貓之眼」。侍應貼心為我安排座位，以及擺放隨身物件，仲介紹左餐廳既特色美食。叫左忌廉雞肉配和牛漢堡蛋包飯($95)，貪佢有2款招牌配料，一次過可以試哂。蛋包飯果然名不虛傳，因為漢堡係即叫即整，落單後要等一陣，可以睇一睇店裡既日本雜誌，坐係吧枱位，更可以見到廚師料理既過程。忌廉汁混和左牛奶淡淡既香味，以及蔬菜新鮮既口感，非常開胃。雞肉味道突出，用秘製材料醃過，增添左唔少風味。和牛漢堡厚身，底面都煎得香香，肉質嫩滑，配搭濃郁既燉牛肉汁，有種入口即溶既感覺。蛋包飯用既係日本米，口感好好，份量足，配着醬汁同配料。，好快就食飽。食哂成碟之後，碟上面仲有可愛既貓咪圖案。整體，值得一去既餐廳，可以試下其他醬汁，eg咖哩豬肉、濃茄牛肉、燴牛肉汁，仲有沙律同小食。
