今日去咗一間可以食焗飯和肉餅飯的餐廳。入到餐廳,掃掃二維碼點餐。🔸黑松露墨魚肉餅飯黑松露跟墨魚肉餅呢個組合很新穎。墨魚肉餅面層有勁多的黑松露醬,味道濃郁,墨魚肉餅厚身,口感唔會鬆散,仲食到粒粒墨魚,蘭王蛋更是一絕。飯亦用上了珍珠米,口感較黏。🔸蜜桃鮮茄焗豬扒飯蜜桃甜美,豬扒大大塊,飯有炒底,唔會油膩又有蛋香。🔸即炸三寶丸(沙嗲汁)炸三寶丸有魚蛋,牛丸和豬肉丸。魚蛋爽口彈牙;牛丸肉味香濃;豬肉丸口感較實,配沙嗲汁很夾,味道帶甜。枱上放了茅苔、豬油和甜醬油,豬油和甜醬油隨個人口味加入撈飯,而茅苔就係一款飯時用到。
