To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修完幾靚試吓，等了5分鐘入座，叫了兩碗麵，午餐冇set冇嘢飲，上了第一碗麵，影完相準備開動，卻發現冇筷子望周圍都冇、枱底也不是抽屜那種，於是想找侍應，當時樓面得一個侍應，等極都未得閒，2分鐘後她上第二碗麵俾我地，就同佢講冇筷子再順便叫佢俾杯水，佢話水係自助自己斟，放底兩對筷子時大大力「嘭」一聲，我知佢唔係冇禮貌（因為大聲唔代表冇禮貌）只係冇manner囉，既然咁忙，連水都要客人行出位自己斟，憑乜嘢收加一服務費？餐具都唔識俾即係唔專業環境優雅，但服務欠奉，包裝幾好都冇用。 講返食物，酥扒雞扒炸得夠酥脆，但不是每塊皮下都有肉，至少1/3是皮厚肉薄。手工麵彈牙有咬口。以女士來說這個份量是ok。食物同環境都乾淨，食物不過不失，但服務唔到位所以都唔會回頭。這個價錢有更多好選擇。
