剝皮魚成日聽,但師傅話呢款叫皮剝魚。上面係皮剝魚魚肝,食落口感似白子,但無白子嘅腥味。夾埋一齊 好食到要再叫!第一次食,印象深刻。

個人一向鐘情赤身,尤其唔腥之餘,再熟成過夠濃味又唔需要花巧。醬油漬嘅做法同赤身產生獨有「唸唸」嘅口感,不似大拖羅般純粹的追求油脂。👍🏼

依個係特登叫師傅做嘅,正正因為試完前面嘅壽司,有信心 先大膽叫。做到好食鯖魚卷嘅地方唔多,但好食的 是非常好食!對上食過好食嘅係Saito。好多時其他店的,不是酸味蓋過魚味,就是鯖魚腥。
今次 都係水準之作,考唔起Vincent師傅👍🏼

玉子 布丁口感,不太甜👌🏼
葱拖羅小卷才是內有乾坤 壓軸的主角。本來應該是一道平平無奇的卷物,但用新鮮現切的日本葱,配上大拖羅去除筋後做成的蓉,被釋放的油分多到滴出嚟,絕對看出師傅的用心 誠意 要求,看不出來的美味

食完同Vincent師傅傾咗陣,原來佢由開店至今喺度都四年幾,今次食得好急 好臨時(因為9點幾先食),但都無失水準,有經驗 淡定 對食材純熟。
所以雖然今次散叫,都睇埋Set個Menu,
抵好多,HSBC / 恆生 信用卡仲有85折😱

不過 一定要預早訂枱,
因為師傅按預訂人數 預備剛好嘅食材,
仲有一定要Vincent師傅 (因為我兩星期後再食,唔同師傅招待有別🤐)
