To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來千兩都幾好食

前排喺海港城買完野，送咗好多coupon，於是就求其揀間餐廳去食，嗰陣咁啱想食壽司，就揀咗千兩。我哋兩個人食，嗌咗一個軍艦拼盤。上面每一件都好好食，魚係可以厚身啲嘅，但味道真係一流。如果硬係要揀一件最差嘅，可能係三文魚，其他都非常滿意。另外再嗌多左鵝肝壽司加海膽壽司，非常好食，非常抵食。最咪帶咗個綠茶卷蛋，加啲糯米糍做甜品。個卷蛋出乎我醫療，個餡係雪糕。整體來講非常滿意，坐得舒服，地方都幾闊。服務都唔錯，幾乎一舉手就有人嚟招呼。
