上網睇片成日見到人北上食鰻魚,搞到@bili_blu 都想試下🤔🤔連回鄉證都冇嘅我發現其實唔駛過海關,去元朗已經有得食☺️呢間燒肉店門口就有一大缸鰻魚。我地兩個人叫左個二人餐($638),有成條活宰鰻魚,燒肉拼盆(安格斯牛頸脊,牛舌,牛五花,黑豚豬腩,薩摩赤雞髀肉),沙律,蒜蓉牛油野菌,紫菜珍珠米飯,生菜包👀👀 其實個餐幾抵,兩個大食嘅人都食到勁飽。講番個鰻魚,@bili_blu 第一次自己燒嚟食。店員教燒左個肉先再燒個皮。我哋本住實驗精神,有一轉試下燒個皮先。發現燒岀嚟個皮冇咁脆。應該係因為如果你燒個皮先,個皮就會向內捲得好勁,變左好難燒得脆。😌😌自己即燒即食嘅鰻魚,皮脆肉又勁彈牙。加埋佢俾嘅白胡椒,食落又啲似土匪雞翼版嘅土匪鰻魚,真心好食。一舊鰻魚,搭個紫菜飯,點少少個檸檬汁,用生菜夾住嚟食,正!燒肉拼盆啲肉都高質。食到有少少膩,就叫左兩杯特飲!大推杯潽梅香,係用普洱茶加青檸同話梅整,清新解渴。另外杯百香果茶入面仲有爆爆珠,勁快隊哂成杯。
