To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天為了訂生日蛋糕，同蝦子餅去左沙田.....行下行下就見到 delifrance，好耐無幫趁；之前在新城市樓下的時候我最喜歡在那裡吃它的包包....好好味今次看見有set dinner，有湯、有2款意粉或包包或沙律、甜品再加飲品，都係HKD99...低食，一於入去試試我們選了：菜湯和忌廉湯....味道不太濃，唔錯肉醬意粉和白汁火腿蘑姑意粉...意粉淋身，好好2款醬汁都做得好好泡芙雪糕，由於餘下一份泡芙，所以另一個甜品換了單球士多啤梨雪糕....泡芙外脆內軟，雪糕唔會太甜....食左唔會覺得"漏"我們同樣飲熱咖啡，我沒有研究，但專家(我蝦子餅)就話好淡但整體都OK。另外值得一提是店員非常有禮
