Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

21-1-2009從未去過南山邨, 0係 Openrice search 到呢度有間「冰室」, 趁今日有時間0黎睇睇. 點知0黎到門口, 先發覺「被騙」-- 乜仲新淨過九龍城 d 新式茶餐廳!? 不過既然一場0黎到又好肚餓, 一試無妨, 叫了熱奶茶 ($10) 及沙爹牛肉三文治烘底 ($15).熱奶茶用 Lipton 黃色的杯 serve, 無 special request, 但飲落少奶得很, 質地稀稀的, 但又帶茶澀味, 扁晒嘴!而沙爹牛治烘底, 就係一個驚喜 -- 麵包烘得唔算好鬆脆, 不過沙爹汁十分香濃, 又落得夠多, 令麵包索晒味, 正! 牛肉亦不馬虎, 話完全無落梳打粉就一定係呃人, 但呢度的係食到肉味的, 加上好腍, 好食! 可惜「沙爹牛肉包」賣晒, 唔係的話, 配餐包一定仲正!雖然呢度係新式茶記格局, 滿足唔到我「周圍坐冰室」的要求, 但環境實在十分乾淨, 牆上的獎狀果然無呃人; 老闆熱情好客又有禮貌, 招呼亦好.埋單 $25, 0係呢區其實唔算平, 不過經歷係幾滿意的.
