To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我諗對上一次嚟係5,6年前嚟食Buffet，今日再嚟真係😂嚇親為大家送上環境照天際咖啡廳係一間幾大嘅F&B Outlet，當日去到有一半俾左機場附近工作嘅地盤工人食午餐飯盒，另一半就留俾Hotel Guest 同街客。可能真係因為疫情關係，呢間酒店主要serve air crew 同附近工程人員，食物質素比起我幾年前嚟真係差咗好多，我會話唔似係一間酒店應有嘅質素，連基本要求都meet唔到。主要嚟講，食物唔太新鮮，烹調方面好似無乜烹調技術？有某幾款食物直頭係難食，唔知係咪因為疫情失左鬥志？希望你哋加油。話晒都孭住Marriott個名😂講真，我都係因為有親戚有coupon 唔洗錢先入嚟食，如果唔係都唔會山長水遠入嚟食🥲不過又咁講，如果咁遠入嚟食，好好食，我都會同人講好正，所以你哋要加油，好嘛？

可能真係因為疫情關係，呢間酒店主要serve air crew 同附近工程人員，食物質素比起我幾年前嚟真係差咗好多，我會話唔似係一間酒店應有嘅質素，連基本要求都meet唔到。
