To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午來到香港機鐵站的添好運 我忘記了之前有沒有吃過今天點了以下點心: 鮮蝦腐皮卷,這個炸得不錯酥皮焗叉燒包,初嘗不錯是熱辣辣的,但吃到一半會覺得很甜晶瑩鮮蝦餃,正常Size的蝦餃,皮也很薄 洛神花米網紅米蝦腸,脆脆的,但腸粉不熱,洛神花醬是另上的,不過我還是比較喜歡配搭醬油豉汁蒸鳳爪,上面的味道不夠,下面的有一點咸,大家吃的時候記得Mix一下最後,就是服務態度可以一下,畢竟店舖是在機鐵站有很多旅客來吃。
