今日朋友帶佐我黎旺角食潮洲野叫 "深野來潮",我印像中既潮州野都係魚蛋粉同埋 "打冷",但朋友話呢間新式野一定要去試一試,咁就一早BOOK 定位約佐星期五去。佢位置都幾正,地鐡站一出行幾步就係,但以前真係唔為意有呢間野,可能因為樓上舖既關係啦。一上到去,嘩,好多人好熱鬧。好在有BOOK 位,等佐2分鐘就入得。望一望份MENU,都幾多得意野,同我想像中既潮州野好大出入,果然有驚喜﹗因為我地得兩個人,但又好多野想試,就決定點D 唔太頂肚既,首選揀佐個 "潮州話梅檸檬魚",要佐鱸魚,跟住就點佐我最鐘意食既師子頭,不過佢就叫 "鮑汁扣潮式師子頭",再黎朋友最鐘意的 海膽 "醬醃海膽炒飯" ,最後要2隻聖子王埋尾。個場好多人,但又唔影響服務師態度,服務好好,又有笑容,而家好少見了先黎係一潮州話梅檸檬魚,跟爐上夠曬貼心,而且好足料﹗湯底我覺得有小小泰式風味,非常開胃,魚切片,好嫩滑。再黎兩隻聖子王,果然夠曬大隻,一D 沙都無,好鮮甜,呢個價都幾抵食﹗跟住黎就係個醬醃海膽炒飯,唔會將貨就價,海膽同飯炒均再放D 海膽係面,賣相同味道都一流,仲正過離島食個D ,價錢又抵,下次會ENCORE﹗最後黎一個係

同我平時食個D 上海師子頭係兩回事,呢個就唔係純粹單純豬肉球加小棠菜,呢個好特別,其實我唔係太分到係咩肉,有點似鯪魚肉好有鮮味,入面足佐好多冬菇﹗
呢餐真係食到捧住個肚走,朋友真係無介紹錯,完全打倒我對潮州菜沉悶既概念,原來潮州菜可以做到咁有創意﹗不過其實我對咩類型既菜式無乜特別喜好,最緊要好食﹗下次有機會再約多D 朋友黎試多幾個唔同菜先得﹗
