To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來菠蘿包可以咁好食

返學前食晚餐,6:10pm仍然很客滿(相信一整日,最少人時,都達7、8成入座囉!)。雖然有得坐卡位,但卡位指定坐四人。和老公都有工事包,兩個人坐埋一邊,真係好逼,都係快手落order喇。香茅雞扒菠蘿包$14。一拎上手,菠蘿皮脆架!!麵包又熱暖,超好食!!捨棄菠蘿油要香茅雞扒菠蘿包,可順道試埋雞扒麻!香茅味很輕,不過煎得半煎炸似的,很甘香!與菠蘿包一咸一甜,中間夾了沙津醬,順利地,咸甜夾味效果!沙嗲牛肉通+奶茶$26,牛肉很腍,沙嗲不太沙嗲,勝在夠多汁,令沒味的湯底增味。奶茶,真是best of the best! 奶、茶比例超對!飲完不糊口。食物真係幾好食,但再好食的食物,如滾水”陸”腳咁食,根本未dep真味道囉,就有讓坐壓力,速閃~
