平時食壽喜燒都係食和牛,不過俾我發現到一間壽喜燒餐廳,竟然會有雞肉壽喜燒,真係好特別!!🙊既然未試過,就襯今日晏就時間鬆動D,一嚐雞肉壽喜燒究竟係點🔎⚜日本赤雞壽喜燒⚜赤雞係日本三大名雞之一,脂肪少D所以肉質結實,雞味更濃郁✨而且農場只會用天然殼物同水餵養赤雞,無激素更天然,所以咁稀有係有原因🙊一碟有6件大小均一嘅赤雞肉,肉質比一般雞肉更加細嫩多汁,雞皮薄而味鮮,可以話係我食過最好食嘅雞肉!!👏🏻壽喜燒鍋內有大量野菜同豆腐,湯底甘甜清爽,同赤雞肉好夾❣食過赤雞壽喜燒,真係翻唔到轉頭呀!!🙉
