每次約朋友行旺角都係銀行中心等,但原來銀行中心唔止係一個等人地標,入面原來仲有正野食。今日朋友就帶我入去食佐間好正既越南餐廳店名叫做LE VIET,個名都好越南店面裝修好得體,坐位都相當闊落。黎到望下MENU ,諗得到既越南野都有,價錢都好親民,分分鐘平過好多無裝修既小店﹗我例牌必點一個海南雞飯,朋友就點佐個生牛肉湯粉,另外點佐個咖喱同埋米紙卷SHARE 食。先黎竟然係個越式咖哩軟殼蟹窩配法包,呢個價錢真係一D 都唔貴,113個大洋,佢係咖哩同軟殼蟹分開上,可能怕個軟殼蟹煮得太耐唔食會淋曬,都幾細心,而咖喱一路都有火去熱住。仲跟住一大條法包分量真係一D 都唔細,咖喱好香,唔算太辣,岩曬我呢D 唔係咁食得辣又鐘意食咖喱既人。軟殼蟹外層好鬆脆,入面都幾嫩幾多肉,咖喱配法包都幾正,其實食呢個可以唔食飯都得再黎係個生牛肉湯粉,呢隻粉其實好多越南餐廳都唔敢俾太生的牛肉,因為如果牛肉唔夠新鮮或者湯唔夠熱都幾大鑊﹗但呢度就唔同,淨係睇隻色都知D 牛肉有幾新鮮﹗如果真係鐘意食生牛肉湯粉,真係要黎呢間試下﹗海南雞飯都唔錯啊,我最鐘意食去骨海南雞,無骨,易食,最緊要係雞油真係好香,再配埋個油飯,真係無得彈

兩個人舒舒服服食佐成個鐘,捧住個肚咁走。呢間位置一流,人流又唔算多,下次黎旺角真係可以ENCORE
