To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地叫左小菜同長腳蟹,點知長腳蟹係原隻蒸,似冇洗(有黑色蟹子物體痴住蟹腳-)+冇拆蟹蓋去「腮」、清洗蓋內,當我地拆開蟹蓋之後,流出綠色液體似青苔,染到成個碟都係,搞到冇人敢食,叫個女經理黎投訴,點知佢既答案係‘咁先原汁原味嘛’’,嚇到我地呆左,又話來貨價幾多錢,想點吖?我地唔係要特價貨,你將價就貨就唔得,我地講都未講完,佢就拎走話幫我地取消,之後啲員工態度開始衰,換碟又掟新碟上枱,總之啲員工態度真係好有問題,有咁既經理就有咁既手下!呢間嘢講明冇下次!垃圾服務!
