To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「稻香茶居」位於九龍灣商業區壹號九龍地下。由於地理位置及遠離民居,商業大廈在週末的人流比平日少,為吸引茶客茶樓推出午市套餐優惠,而壹號九龍亦有提供消費泊車優惠。這兩大優惠確實吸引了我們,我們一家大細經常都會在週末駕車到來飲茶。午市套餐的價錢跟平日一樣$268,套餐可選3款點心、2款小食及1款粉、麵、飯、小菜或燒味。點心方面,推介稻香蝦餃皇及蠔皇鮮竹卷。小食方面,我非常推介紫薯地瓜球,顧名思義餡料是由紫薯地瓜蓉搓成小圓球,炸到外皮香脆,口感煙韌、味道唔太甜、溫度微熱,是即叫即整。另外,鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯的湯料足,有整顆胡椒粒,豬肚無騷味。燒味方面,秘製沙姜雞半隻也不錯。茶樓平日目標客源為商務客人,所以裝修雅致,環境整齊清潔,光線充足,冷氣充足。樓面侍應不多,主要因為茶樓配置了自助加水、煲水及倒水系統。總括而言,$268套餐有湯有燒味又有點心,仲要有蝦餃比你揀,夠4-5人食,茶位連加一都只係三百幾蚊,唔洗等位,坐得舒服,又有泊車優惠,性價比高! continue reading

有人話食嘢求飽,但係當你俾得一個價錢嘅時候呢,你可能就唔係求飽,因為你可能係求美食嘅滿足感,你會用好多金錢去換呢個滿足感,即係你坐底食飯,你都會揀餸都係想刺激自己嘅感覺一樣嘅,但係經過過去咁多年出去食嘢嘅經驗真係真係好難得好難得今次有依個食嘢嘅一個咁嘅感受!真係估唔到!首先講其中一道餸——紅燒蟹肉翅,正常來講酒樓間間都起碼都有返上下水準,但係我哋食到好激動,因為激動到即刻叫個侍應自己筆一碗自己試吓,咁個侍應都唔夠膽食,佢入去廚房俾返個廚師去試!最後答案係:「冇問題嘅!食得嘅!」呢一句呢真係實在太精彩!我當然知佢係食物係食得啦!但俾成三舊水食啲咁嘅嘢嘅話🙄味道又淡又腥臭,街邊碗仔翅好食過佢!其他餸都只係可接受!冇下次!| continue reading

因為$88片皮鴨,所以去了稻香食晚飯,另外還點了金薯牛柳和粒脆皮咕嚕肉!個人覺得環境是光鮮舒服,食物味道都算正正常常,不算差也沒驚喜平。不過人手就嚴重不足,全場的侍應好似只有3至4人,要搵人服務也的唔容易,想叫罐可樂花了差不多10分鐘。片皮鴨只有一位職員在大堂慢慢地片出來,足足等了40分鐘片皮鴨才到,不過另外2味餸我們已差不多食完了!另外,酒店提供了2籠包皮比我們,不過其實比一籠已經足夠了,因片皮鴨的件數也不是很多,有點浪費。 continue reading

今晚跟生意伙伴開會,約左係會公司後面一號九龍既稻香食飯,唔講都唔知依度原來有酒樓,環境亦寬敞朋友揸主意叫左幾味餸,先嚟既脆皮燒雞賣相不錯原隻上,都食嗰陣先知麻煩,要自己用交剪去剪開雞肉,最後索性手撕就算,味道正常但不算多肉汁,雞皮香口但整體太熟有點老,不過不失燒鵝皮脆香口肉味重,但醬汁極重味太鹹,加上碟底有蠟燭有火一路加熱燒鵝,醬汁水入揮發更鹹,食到要加滾水落醬汁度溝稀先食到,成件事出嚟效果不好花膠雞湯一入口以為偏清,點知越飲越鹹,味道不錯但味精感覺好重,飲完好頸渴。金銀蛋莧菜係最好食既一碟餸,莧菜頗粗有咬口,煮得亦剛好不會太硬或太淋,清清地平衡返之前太重味既肉類 continue reading
