To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了原味拉麵+蛋。一見到碗麵馬上無胃口,賣相差,亦唔知點解椰菜要分開上?豚肉粉紅色,亦都未食過拉麵入面的豚肉係粉紅色的,要浸熟。一食,就食到豬肉的「蘇」味,這是拉麵中最差一次的經驗。另外,現在已經無日本師傅坐陣了,由第一次食豚王,第一次在香港食到感動之後,到現在感到極之失望。由香港人做日本料理就是這樣,唔會再有那夥堅持的心!如無意外,以後應該不會再幫趁了。😖
