To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我想這裡除了校長多士是年年$25外,其他很多像早餐、常餐、餐飲之類都一律加了價。舊年4月去旺角店時,早餐才是$30,事隔半年,現在已經$32,好像貴了一點。一般快餐店的炸雞脾都附有炸薯條,華星卻只是單點,看似很便宜,加起來也要$32。炸雞脾來得比炸薯條要快,明顯不是鮮炸,薯條剛出爐熱辣辣,無奈就是軟軟的不夠香脆。認真算起來,餐飲加起來的價錢比食物還要貴,味道也不見得很突出。凍奶茶很甜又帶點苦澀,質感很薄,也談不上絲滑。檸賓一個字講完,就是甜。跟旺角一模一樣的裝修,同樣販賣懷舊,掛滿明星的宣傳海報和簽名,食物水準不夠的話,長久沒進步,還是很容易被淘汰吧。
