記得啱啱開始食壽司嘅時候,最想食嘅就係青瓜小卷,黃蘿蔔小卷同蟹柳小卷,到人逐漸大左發現原來壽司嘅款式可以好多嘅時候,都會忽略咗最原初嘅呢幾種味道。今日我特別想試返呢一種味道叫咗青瓜小卷,呢到用咗青瓜絲而唔係條狀,但味道都很不錯。日本的玉子,初頭我都唔識點樣欣賞,但係當發現日本蛋嘅蛋味非常之濃厚同其他唔同嘅時候 我就愛上左。而佢整成玉子燒嘅時候味道更加甜,香,滑。即叫即整嘅軟殼蟹壽司,保證上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣,咬落去成隻蟹身係吹卜卜,非常足料。還有簡單得來卻又非常好味嘅烏冬,呢度嘅冷烏冬切成幼條,口感較滑。配上烏冬汁再加埋姜蓉同埋少許嘅香蔥,已經好好味。

日本的玉子,初頭我都唔識點樣欣賞,但係當發現日本蛋嘅蛋味非常之濃厚同其他唔同嘅時候 我就愛上左。而佢整成玉子燒嘅時候味道更加甜,香,滑。
