To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳係位於屯門嘅雅都商場，去開屯門睇戲嘅朋友，對呢個商場相信都唔陌生㗎喇。餐廳位於商場一樓位置，一樓除咗有好多餐廳之外，仲有一個food court area, 而馬拉公公就係裏面嘅其中一間餐廳，直行入去左手邊最後就係佢啦。講到餐廳最大特色，就係原材料係由馬來西亞進口；當日去嘅時候亦都見到老闆喺舖頭，真係好得意㗎，同招牌真係一樣樣，個logo真係將老闆嘅特徵繪畫得出神入化。哈哈！老闆仲同我講咗句馬拉話添，非常nice~.檳城白咖喱配吉列豬扒飯（$46）白咖喱係唔辣嘅，食落都幾香。.雲吞叉燒黑醬干撈麵（$40）三粒雲吞都用係以鮮蝦製成，而唔知馬來西亞所謂嘅黑醬係咪就係香港嘅豉油，而小妹食落就覺得係甜甜地嘅豉油撈麵。.餐廳價格約$4x-$5x，加幾蚊配飲品，$10配特飲，價格親民，不過我見比較多人叫係佢嘅湯面或者海南雞，我諗依兩種菜式會比較出色。
