To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日揾喺IFC返工嘅金融才俊食飯，佢話佢同事介紹呢間中菜廳，帶我一齊試。平時覺得上海菜冇乜特別，但呢間《江南》好出色，食過返唔到轉頭，一定要encore 🥺▫️金網豚肉鍋貼 $58爆汁豚肉超juicy🥹鍋貼煎得好香口，有𡆇氣🥰▫️香芒酥脆魚柳配百香果醬 $98組合新奇但勁夾，酸酸甜甜，魚柳仲好滑嫩😋▫️蘋果絲拌蟹肉冷麵 $88好食到不得了🥺蟹肉份量好足夠，配上淡淡嘅芝麻醬，蘋果作少許甜點綴，好好食嘅主菜。▫️江南水晶素菜餃（2粒）$48 外貌好精緻，係晶瑩剔透嘅綠色，完全同個名一樣有水晶嘅效果。雖然餡料食落似韭菜，調味剛剛好，非常入味。得兩隻唔夠🤣▫️冰鎮柚子漬白玉苦瓜 $68苦瓜就咁食唔係好多人接受到。但江南好聰明咁配上柚子醬，變做勁易入口！白玉苦瓜好爽口，清新帶點酸，好開胃嘅前菜😋▫️火腿津白 $98原來菜都可以整得咁出色，火腿成功襯托出津白嘅鮮味。▫️士多啤梨奶凍 $58鋪滿士多啤梨乾，奶凍口感Q彈，甜甜地之餘，仲好高顏值🤍
