To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然醒起好耐無食蘇媽.蘇媽，咁啱喺附近就入咗去食lunch！午餐選擇好多，送熱飲。念舊嘅我今次都係encore返招牌砂鍋老鼠粉，因為實在太回味啦！不過太耐無嚟，搞到錯判咗份量，唔記得咗呢個老鼠粉好大鍋，兩個人share食會比較好！砂鍋老鼠粉一上枱就聽到砂鍋滋滋聲，趁熱將面頭嘅生雞蛋、肉碎、魚仔乾、蝦米、辣椒、蔥花、炸蒜、豬油渣等不同材料撈勻，令老鼠粉更加香口惹味！魚仔乾完全係畫龍點睛，增添鹹香！由於加咗豬油渣，所以老鼠粉都比較油香，雖然真心邪惡，但間中一次半次都可以放肆吓嘅！呢排天氣太熱，桔仔話梅水(Lunch set +$8)完全係消暑良品！酸酸甜甜又生津，解渴又消暑！味道都調味得啱啱好！而今次嚟蘇媽.蘇媽，最大最大嘅驚喜係發現呢度除咗咖央多士之外，仲有榴槤系甜品！！！開頭好驚訝呢度會有榴槤甜品食，但後來諗諗下，馬來西亞正正出產榴槤呀！Anyway試咗抹茶榴槤糯米糍($52/4粒)，糯米糍皮超薄，入面係飽滿塞爆嘅榴槤蓉，每一啖都係濃濃嘅榴槤香，齒頰留香！糯米糍皮嘅抹茶味唔太明顯，不過主角係榴槤，所以榴槤控好滿足，平均$13一粒真心超值！
