To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友知我藉貫潮州, 特意帶我到這裡食晚飯.預先訂檯.. 但其實我覺得唔需要我倆六點半入座.. 那時只有五分一的檯有客人一坐低先黎一盤功夫茶? 四隻小杯用一個盤盛著.. 沒有花紋.沒有花巧.前菜是甜甜的鹹菜.( 番外話""我家的媽媽經常買的是超鹹的鹹菜>w< )貼心的是茶壼用蠟燭烘著但侍應不太體貼. 把茶壼放得老遠但不會為客人添茶炸雙球(蟹肉 & 蝦肉)::蟹球很好吃! 雖然是炸點. 但內裡肉汁還在, 而且真的有蟹肉味! 唔乾身之餘又唔油! 相比之下蝦球就失色少少. 但都好味. 咬落去都有口感.. 值得推介!方魚肉碎粥::潮州粥係唔綿的.. 呢個事實我從媽媽身上睇得出.. 媽咪煲粥係唔綿. 米粒還米粒. 水還水.. 呢個粥都唔係綿粥. 但重點不在粥.. 而是方魚! 煎炸後的魚肉. 落到粥都不減絲毫口感! 讚! 香口之餘又開胃!雞燉翅::既然係魚翅酒家.. 點少得一碗翅~ 雖然真的很殘忍.. 但一生人總要食返碗正正式式的魚翅吧!! 份量好足! 雞燉翅勝在湯底夠清.. 味道亦能集中在主菜.. 即是魚翅.. 果然不是粉絲了~鵝片拼豬大腸::潮州野梗係要食打冷野啦.. 鵝片拼豬大腸::潮州野梗係要食打冷野啦.. MENU 無呢款.. 但其實係你自己作出黎就得喇.. 我想食鵝片..朋友想食豬大腸.. D 豬腸一點脂肪都無... 大大件.. 睇得出成件都係腸肌.. 平時唔太喜歡的我.. 都要食多兩件.

芋泥::之前無食過芋泥.. 但呢度的芋泥好滑好正.. 芋頭味亦濃.. 食完齒甲留香.. 不過一小碗已經好頂胃..
好味!

其實咁睇好似唔多野食.. 但係最後我已經要捧住肚子回家去
