To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於香港站上蓋💁🏻‍♀️完全唔知呢個位係會有餐廳見都有唔少旅客局搭機場快綫前選擇係到食🛫🙈而我地都真係咁岩經過又諗唔到食咩就入左去係翡翠拉麵小籠包嘅旗下所以都係一個信心保證❣️江南水晶素菜餃 $48素菜餃皮薄煙韌雖然係素菜🥬但餡料mix得好夾❣️金網豚肉鍋貼 $58 鍋貼底煎到脆脆的咬一啖啲肉汁出曬黎💦💦❣️江南水晶肴肉 $78估唔到kyla寶寶第一次食水晶肴肉🙊但其實食上海菜都幾乎會見到佢地嘅出現晶瑩剔透咬落爽口而肉嘅部分都比較多🐷❣️水蜜桃鬼馬蝦球 $188用左水蜜桃再加沙律醬🍑再配上油炸鬼都真係第一次見🤔蝦球收收埋埋🦐俾水蜜同油炸鬼遮住左食食下先發覺好多下❣️火腿津白 $98 好清甜火腿令娃娃菜帶有鹹香味唔怕會食到無味嘅娃娃菜😗😗❣️蘋果絲拌蟹肉冷麵 $88麵條係由師傅現場手打而成👨🏻‍🍳手打係的確唔同🧐麵質會較有彈性用左麻醬做冷麵汁汁之後再加入左沙律菜同蘋果有助平衡麻醬油膩感🥰🥰❣️粉紅佳人(紅心番石榴甘露) $58係楊枝甘露啲朋友~~不過今次就轉用番石榴做食材🫣而食落都真係有番石榴粒仲要都算多多地
