To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身諗住來買呢期新出嘅呂宋芒植物新地，一來因為心情唔好需要食甜野，二來又係我最愛嘅芒果，點知一來到...我發現原來ikea而家係有乳酪食架～超糾結！乳酪配焦糖醬及布丁，無記錯價錢都只係$12，可以媲美出面20幾蚊嘅size（當然啦，ikea呀嘛）乳酪口感軟滑，甜度尚算適中，唔會甜到好惹痰個個程度，焦糖醬唔太多，質感較thick，布丁粒就其實無咩味，純粹係一個增添口感嘅配料。
