To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用餐時間:星期三下午,有點肚餓順便買熱狗。食物:IKEA熱狗味道中規中矩,沒有太大變化。調味:可自行添加茄汁與黃色芥辣醬,略增風味。口感:麵包與腸比例剛好,但整體味道偏基本。價格:$9一件,性價比尚可,適合快速充飢。總評:簡單快捷的小食,逛IKEA時可作小吃選擇,但味道沒有驚喜。

噚晚(24-12-2024 Tue)平安夜,同老公喺麥當勞輕食完,就嚟呢喥飲個熱湯,我哋嚟到時都好多人但仍有位,坐低後老公出去買嘢,之後佢打俾我,問我三文魚沙律同黑毛豬火腿無花果沙律,我揀後者。佢買咗返嚟,話冇晒酥皮湯,但就買埋$16.00嘅原味希臘乳酪。我哋先食$43.00嘅黑毛豬火腿沙律,睇張單,係黑毛豬松露火腿沙律,落咗芝麻沙律醬就食得。一食,就係鹹,蒜蓉多士粒已經有啲唔脆,黑毛豬火腿就只一片,完全食唔到松露味,沙律菜正常冇問題。上次食評係2024年10月20日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/b-%E8%87%AA%E5%B7%B1%E9%85%8D%E6%96%B9%E5%98%85%E7%89%9B%E8%A7%92%E9%85%A5-e5735562

好耐冇上宜家餐廳食飯,今日叫個肉丸,個薯蓉完全冇味,外觀一坨爛泥咁水汪汪,點解質素差左咁多?慢煮牛腩未試過試下,肉係林但係好多筋咬好耐。真係唔敢再返上嚟食,係咪大廚換左人?

基本上呢只要IKEA一出新嘅口味雪糕,我就一定會去試一試,今期IKEA就出咗抹茶味嘅雪糕。我去咗自助售賣機度揀,原來抹茶雪糕有分2%嘅同埋8%嘅濃度,而我作為抹茶控,咁梗係揀8%濃度㗎啦。拎到雪糕上手,聞一聞都聞到好濃烈嘅抹茶味,一啖食落去,佢仲濃過我平時喺超市買嘅嗰支抹茶,奶味係有嘅,但係相對冇咁濃。如果你鍾意抹茶味重嘅,我相信呢個8%嘅應該都幾啱你口味。配合埋佢嗰個雪糕筒,成個感覺好夾,鍾意抹茶嘅快啲去試吓!

陪朋友去荃灣IKEA 睇傢俬,一去到話肚餓要醫肚咁就上七樓,一行四人狂風掃落葉一餐主菜各人叫一個酥皮忌廉湯,西冷牛扒,豬手酥皮湯最正,味道濃郁,又多料,食完已經飽咗一半,西冷牛扒就稍嫌熟咗少少,但幾有牛味,而豬手皮就有啲位置燒得過硬,但肉就好入味樣樣野獨立叫,想要邊樣就加邊樣,於是🤣🤣又三文魚沙律又肉丸串又意粉又腸仔又榴連批仲有甜品,四個人就坐六人位置,擺到成枱都係🤣🤣🤣未睇傢俬,每人$170,飽住個肚慢慢行了
