To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍譚仔三哥最近見到三哥出左個新米線，烤原條鰻魚麻辣湯米線，鰻魚crossover米線真係又騎呢又令人好奇🤣一於去試試😋🍜烤原條鰻魚麻辣湯米線 + 飲品 ($78)一黎到，其實有啲驚喜，因為佢真係原條，碗咁大🤚🏼鰻魚上面加左木魚碎同辣椒🌶️有啲和風但你又發現自己食緊譚仔🤣鰻魚偏腍身一夾就好易散，但味道唔腥，呢個價錢食到鰻魚其實係ok🤭但你飲啖麻辣湯又發現有木魚味嘅時候，感覺好奇妙🤓唔難食嘅唔算伏嘅，不過未必會encore🤣🤣🥤佢仲配個青花椒香茅雪碧，不過👦🏻唔食香茅所以轉左普通雪碧無試到😬

一黎到，其實有啲驚喜，因為佢真係原條，碗咁大🤚🏼鰻魚上面加左木魚碎同辣椒🌶️有啲和風但你又發現自己食緊譚仔🤣鰻魚偏腍身一夾就好易散，但味道唔腥，呢個價錢食到鰻魚其實係ok🤭但你飲啖麻辣湯又發現有木魚味嘅時候，感覺好奇妙🤓唔難食嘅唔算伏嘅，不過未必會encore🤣🤣
