今晚經過西營盤,看到一間中式餐廳,標榜原汁原味,不加味精烹煮食物,所以入去一試。餐廳十分明亮,更有水晶燈裝飾,座椅闊落,十分舒適。我點了:-原隻龍蝦炒乳酪原隻龍蝦上,拆了部份肉來炒乳酪,但龍蝦還有很多肉,尤其是龍蝦鉗,啖啖肉,鮮甜爽口。-雲腿螺頭鮑魚燉雞原盅湯上,打開蓋已聞到濃湯香味。有一隻原隻的鮑魚,還有螺和雞肉,配料十足。湯汁很濃甜,飲得出沒有味精。-金菇粉絲牛仔肉煲用了牛仔肉炆煮,有銀芽和粉絲配料,醬汁濃郁,撈飯一流-醬燒乳鴿乳鴿大大件,用了醬汁調味才炸,所以很香很惹味。-花生糊是飯後送的糖水,不太甜,還有點花生碎,增加口感。
