新居入伙,沒有煮飯,和家人外出吃晚餐,家人在酒家門口,已認出店主和周星馳拍過食神,店名大概因而得名吧!選擇真不少,很多菜式小至燒味小炒,大至龍蝦生蠔鮑參翅肚花膠官燕應有盡有,環境有氣派。脆皮燒腩先來一份燒腩仔,皮薄卜卜脆,切得完整,燒得完全無肉膻,肥瘦交替。魔幻汁炒大蝦球大蝦一口都容納不了,要分幾口吃。蝦球炸得香口,炸粉好薄,入口即碎,十分鬆化。醬汁味道香濃惹味,外脆內軟啖啖肉,西蘭花翠綠還份量不少,送飯一流。果皮蒸鮑魚賣相要好,一客十隻,驚喜還挺大的,鮑魚厚身,充滿陳皮芳香,蒸得軟糯還不失嚼勁。鮑魚新鮮彈牙,每口都啜齒,豉油調味不重,鮮味十足,趁熱食美味無窮。食後感:佈置舒適,冷氣適中,服務周到,食物蠻難忘。 continue reading
