係香港有好多間台灣菜,每一間都各有特色,今次就去試試屢獲好評嘅「六兩三」😋去到就已經見到有一群外國人喺門口排隊,睇嚟餐廳都好受遊客歡迎👀👨🏼👩🏼餐廳唔算太大,但裝修就好有心思,有個水bar 位可以睇到店員煮食,而且有啲燈籠吊喺度,好似去咗台灣嘅夜市咁有feel🏮麻醬麵 $48 (加糖心蛋$12) 麵條係幼身個隻,唔好見到佢就咁一碗麵好似好寡咁,濃稠嘅麻醬加埋芝麻同青瓜絲撈埋一齊🍜令到成碗麵口感更豐富,冇咁單調,而且麻醬好香,簡簡單單已經好出色,餐廳仲附有「加辣」選項,應該會更惹味😋另外加配嘅糖心蛋好香甜🥚一咬開啲蛋醬係個口入面爆出嚟,成個口俾蛋醬「醬」住嘅感覺好正🤤麻辣鴨血豆腐 $48我個人比較鍾意食鴨血,因為佢冇豬紅咁容易散,更有口感,佢一份小食啲鴨血都幾大舊,連埋芫荽同麻辣汁一齊食,超夾😳不過最令我驚喜嘅唔係鴨血,而係匿埋咗喺下面嘅百頁豆腐,第一次食就已經愛上咗,因為百頁豆腐有好多層一絲絲嘅texture,所以成塊豆腐都完美咁索哂啲麻辣汁,超級滿足😋半筋半肉麵 $98終於嚟到今日嘅重頭戲牛肉麵啦😍因為我鍾意食牛筋,所以就嗌咗半筋半肉,佢啲肉就係牛腱🐮餐廳仲係牆上印咗食麵5 步曲,教

終於嚟到今日嘅重頭戲牛肉麵啦😍因為我鍾意食牛筋,所以就嗌咗半筋半肉,佢啲肉就係牛腱🐮餐廳仲係牆上印咗食麵5 步曲,教大家點品嚐佢哋嘅招牌牛肉麵,等我跟住嚟試下先🤩
1️⃣將湯底攪勻,然後食一啖麵
平時食開嘅麵條都係幼身嘅,今次我就揀咗粗身啲嘅,食落比較有咬口,好有質感👍🏻
2️⃣飲一啖湯
佢個獨家秘製嘅紅燒湯底係用咗藥材、醬料同鮮果烹煮而成,非常之足料,同埋好原汁原味,第一次食混有藥材嘅牛肉麵,飲完覺得成個人都好舒服,呢個配方冇得彈☺️
3️⃣食一啖肉
佢哋嘅肉全部都係炆煮咗10幾個鐘,牛腱好淋,唔洗點咬已經散開哂,而且好重牛味,牛筋彈牙得嚟又滑嘟嘟,好好食🥹
4️⃣加入「牛骨髓辣油」
試完原汁原味嘅湯底之後,想加辣嘅朋友可以問店員攞啲「牛骨髓辣油」🌶️加入湯底入面等佢溶化,大家可以視乎自己嘅口味睇下要落幾多,落完之後湯底有少少辣味,而牛骨髓先係成隻牛嘅精華所在,所有牛嘅精華都匯聚晒喺湯底入邊,每一啖都好滿足🫶🏻
5️⃣加啲白醋
試過原汁原味,同埋精華嘅湯底,最後尾一步就係加幾滴白醋落去湯底度,啲白醋更加吊起咗牛肉嘅鮮味,一碗麵可以試晒咁多唔同嘅味道,真係好有驚喜🤩
