想食海鮮餐,蒸海鮮就最能夠保持原汁原味,蒸完既海鮮精華仲可以用黎煲粥,超鮮味既海鮮粥,集合左多款海鮮~~呢度食蒸海鮮唔使自己郁手,坐定定等食就得,唔使驚蒸煮過龍,浪費左啲食材~先黎一碗滑溜溜既黑松露蒸蛋,十分嫩滑~再黎松草花蒸鮑魚同蜆仔,鮑魚肉質爽彈!粉絲蒸蟶子有放上蒜蓉去蒸,好入味~蒸花蟹,一開為二,啖啖肉,又鮮,簡單煮法,新鮮既食材真係好重要!蒸魚片肉,加蔥絲薑絲去蒸唔會有腥味!仲有彈牙既墨魚丸同蒸菜,好健康!當然最後唔少得,鮮味十足既粥底,揀左腐竹同雞肉做配料~~
