To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個月已係第二次幫襯,繼續失望因為廚房不值得原諒及很離譜既疏忽,第一碟上枱是原籠生蝦餃,我老公由於太肚餓一到入口即食咬開一半唔熱吞左仲覺得腥腥地原來係完全未蒸熟生嘅蝦餃,他立即告知職員換過,我真的很不快啊亦擔心老公吞了生的食物是否有事,因為8月9日曾經幫襯一籠燒賣竟然墊住一條繩,不過那次當他們無心之失就不了了之,又因為太喜歡它們的焗叉燒包.現在疫情嚴重令我好擔心尤其是蝦是海鮮類食物!我之前未曾在OpenRice寫食評都要寫一次啊!我們以後絕對不會再幫襯這間店舖
