To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2023年6月29日叫左一個極上刺身飯（午）88蚊加一客牛味噌厚三文（推廣）、一客塔斯三文魚腩（推廣）開頭叫了一客牛肉烏冬，因為樓面沒有把午餐餐牌放出來，可能要跑數。五分鐘內發現有午餐選擇，隨即問可否服務員轉午餐丼飯，該服務員答可以，並幫我取消。不知是否太多人關係，廚房態度厭世，午餐丼飯和麵豉湯用碗上，丼飯沒有影相證明，麵豉湯卻有。加上壽司賣相擺放求其，樓面經理態度也指鹿為馬，矢口否認廚房用碗出丼飯和麵豉湯問題。所以想在此投稿關於服務態度和質素。——————————————-
