To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一件見元氣服務咁差,俾枱個阿姐全程唔知行咗去邊,我企咗門口喺度10分鐘佢先出返嚟,跟住話10分鐘之前叫我個冧把,唔肯俾枱我,我話明明寫住15分鐘之內可以補枱,我仲要10分鐘之前已經企咗喺門口,之後我明點解我聽唔到,佢用把蚊滋咁細嘅聲1分鐘之內叫咗20張枱,服務非常差。啲嘢食又唔熱。烏冬只係暖嘅,軟殼蟹等咗20分鐘,淋晒一啲都唔脆,收銀超冇禮貌,攞返張單泊車好似得罪佢咁全間舖頭都係阿姐,服務真心差,唔會再嚟幫襯

又係掛住食 唔記得影相,同兩個女最中意食元氣,佢哋鍾意食蟹柳壽司同埋腐皮烏冬食完佢地就好滿足,每次食嘅時候都好專心佢哋話因為好好味!我就一定會叫蟹膏蒸蛋!因為蛋超級滑,蟹膏味濃,成個配搭好襯 跟住再叫軟殼蟹牛油果果卷,呢個就冇乜特別,但都幾好食!最鍾意食燒三文魚,今次嗌咗蒜蓉燒三文魚同埋黑椒燒三文魚,諗返起真係流晒口水!之後叫咗期間限定嘅燒帶子,大大粒好鮮味!最後唔夠喉,叫埋芥辣八爪魚,佢哋嘅街啦,八爪魚同出邊唔同呢度嘅八爪魚好大粒! 跟住再叫軟殼蟹牛油果果卷,呢個就冇乜特別,但都幾好食!最後滿足小朋友嘅慾望,叫咗巨峰梳打同埋期間限定嘅爆炸糖雪糕 !個雪糕$25我覺得幾貴,但係食落有好沖牛奶味,所以都值得嘅。

2023年6月29日叫左一個極上刺身飯(午)88蚊加一客牛味噌厚三文(推廣)、一客塔斯三文魚腩(推廣)開頭叫了一客牛肉烏冬,因為樓面沒有把午餐餐牌放出來,可能要跑數。五分鐘內發現有午餐選擇,隨即問可否服務員轉午餐丼飯,該服務員答可以,並幫我取消。不知是否太多人關係,廚房態度厭世,午餐丼飯和麵豉湯用碗上,丼飯沒有影相證明,麵豉湯卻有。加上壽司賣相擺放求其,樓面經理態度也指鹿為馬,矢口否認廚房用碗出丼飯和麵豉湯問題。所以想在此投稿關於服務態度和質素。——————————————-
