Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽講呢間係canada masterchef 既評判開,而且啲鴨係用慢煮方式整既 非常創新特別 - 望落去其實啲肉係真係粉嫩啲, 至於肉質食落個人就覺得冇乜特別, 中規中矩啦 😂個二食就覺得有少少伏伏地,尤其係蒙古style 嗰個生菜包....個味道有啲怪😅另一招牌菜荔枝咕嚕肉就水準唔錯 👍🏼小弟幾鐘意 🥰同埋個豬潤班腩煲都做得幾好食 下次一齊會再叫🥳
