星期六簡簡單單咁喺上環食咗一間好舒服好chill嘅餐廳,最大特色係佢用咗備長炭去做每一款串燒,同埋佢個lunch Menu竟然可以食到八點㗎,星期六喎。炭燒天多尼式澳洲121穀飼黑安格斯肉眼$168呢個餐勁抵,原來仲有沙律同埋湯配,作為一個dinner真係無敵既價錢,個湯係白菌忌廉湯,但唔係果種好稠加左好多生粉水既湯,反而更食得出菌類既味道,比較清新,唔覺得膩。肉眼叫左5成熟,比較薄,用左幾種調味料,有籽然同迷迭香既味道,仲有濃濃既炭燒香味。另外個薯條好好食,無overcook,炸到岩岩好,每條薯條個外皮都有d碎碎,炸完之後令薯條更加脆。厚切牛舌串$48牛舌好厚身,用咗備長炭感覺好似冇咁多黑色點點,但有保持到好香嘅炭燒味,有肉味而且好多汁,爽口,一啲都唔韌。燒鱈魚乾$32起初以為好似由魚絲咁,但係原來燒乾晒好似薯片咁,咬落颯颯聲,聞落去好香,送酒一流。日式燒鵝肝拼豆腐干$68鵝肝燒到啱啱好,裏面好嫩滑,入口即溶,上面加咗蔥花同埋蟹子調味,口感同香氣到十足。豆腐乾食落比想像中乾身,唔係好食得出到未,反而有啲似薯片。明太子燒雞翼$42雞翼入面養咗好多明太子,小小鹹小小辣,唔需要額外調味,上

雞翼入面養咗好多明太子,小小鹹小小辣,唔需要額外調味,上面嘅芝士反而唔係好重奶味,唔會搶咗雞翼嘅味道。

原來肉配上蠔會令到個蠔 嘅鮮味更加突出,廣島蠔燒到啱啱好,唔會縮到好細隻,裏面仲係好多汁。

兩個人食咗$500左右,如果淨係嗌呢度嘅午餐做晚餐的話會更加抵。
