位於中上環的威靈頓街 The Wellington,經過地下見到有個 ZENTRO 的餐牌,上網看其環境,於是即興走上去幫襯,餐廳是 UG 層,實質是地下上一層,望到中遠大廈!我一個人幫襯,被安排到近落地玻璃窗的4人桌子!除了餐廳內的冷氣之外,亦有室外滲入涼風!舒適自然!當時疫情下,每枱只限2人!並設有隔板跟餐桌之間分隔!店員是說英文的菲律賓人!午餐 $88~$168,加一服務費包括:餐湯、沙律及飲品羅宋湯酸度適中,有椰菜、蕃茄及洋蔥...等!沙律火箭菜、車厘茄、青瓜、紫生菜...等!菠蘿汁香甜美味!鮮蜆魚湯稻庭烏冬 $88蜆肉實在多不勝數,完全鋪滿碗面!食完把蜆殼放在碟邊,一數多達18隻,認真落足料呀!尚有鮮味!奶白色的魚湯清得來夠味,扁身的稻庭烏冬,略嫌口感軟腍!不過不失! continue reading

喺中上環食lunch, 真係好難搵到位, 呢間餐廳嘅位置比較多, 所以唔使等位都可以即刻入嚟食。Set lunch包餐湯、沙律、 主菜和餐飲 (可選果汁及汽水,咖啡或茶要加15元), 佢啲份量都幾大碟, 所以一般人都一定夠食。 我試過佢哋嘅牛扒、豬扒、鰻魚飯和海南雞飯。海南雞飯我並不推介, 有中伏嘅感覺。其他食物都美味可口, 而且價錢唔算貴。 如果食lunch想坐得舒服啲又唔使等位嘅話, 呢度係一個好選擇。 continue reading

今日放工後同兩位同事去公司附近的酒吧飲酒選了這間餐廳是因為他有歡樂時光,這間餐廳類似酒吧。有提供日本傳銷和意大利粉感覺fusion。但我沒有order歡樂時光的就反而叫了純米大吟釀。然後叫了三串串燒,係雞翼串臀肉串同埋雞軟骨串。一支純米大吟釀三個人剛好。整體氣氛不錯。雞翼串好因為鎖定了雞汁。每人大概$300 continue reading

走過亞蟹多次,被餐牌吸引到,瞄中了很久,這天沒有飯約,與同事特來一試。前菜是田園沙律及蘑菇湯,都是大路貨色,本來無甚可彈;然而沙律汁好鹹、蘑菇湯是凍的,而且好淡。蟹肉意粉有兩隻蟹,膏算多,肉也易咬,可惜的是這碟好鹹;幸好熱度尚存,過得去。蛋包飯的咖哩汁不香,豬扒只有五條,炸粉厚,肉質乾。敗筆乃上枱時已是微溫,吃到最後經已變冷。這碟好淡。這裡的菜餚要不極鹹、要不極淡;最慘的是完全不夠熱,似是一早弄好翻叮出來的,凍得特別快。 continue reading
